29.12.2008  FT Island’s performance at Gayo Daejun

Korean boyband Ft Island member, Lee HongKi rushed to hospital to get treatment in the afternoon at December 30th (Korean Time).

Lee Hongki's unhealthy condition was extremely evident at the 2008 SBS Gayo Daejeon show, where he was still able to put on a stellar performance, although sounding very raspy and losing his voice towards the end.

FT Island Agency stated “Because of the concerts and schedule of FT Island for the end of the year, the members grew very exhausted. Hongki seemed to have been affected the most, which caused him to go to the hospital. He will stay there till January 1st, then FT Island will go to Japan to continue promotions”
